I recently enjoyed my stay at The Star Grand Hotel And Residences Sydney, which was overall a good experience. The location was fantastic, making it convenient to explore Darling Harbour and nearby attractions, and the rooms were luxurious and comfortable. However, I did encounter some service issues that slightly marred the experience. Overall, I would recommend it, especially for its beautiful accommodations.

Although there were a few hiccups, particularly with maintenance, such as delays in resolving issues in the apartment and mixed communication about room cleaning protocols.
